According to the requirement of cyclic economy development encouraged by the state, based on the idea of “clean production and cyclic economy” and the principle of industrial ecology, Xinzheng City will establish the coal and electricity cyclic economic industry garden. Utilizing local rich coal resource, regarding the exploitation of coal and high-refined chemical industry as leading industry, adopting low exploitation, high utilization, low discharge and high profit of resource will improve the configuration efficiency of environmental resource and finally form the cyclic economy industry chain regarding the coal-electricity-building material, coal-chemical industry-pharmacy as leading industry. The planning area of the garden is 2032ha including 560 Ha of industrial land. After the project is finished and started, the coal and electricity cyclic economic industry garden will become the model garden of national coal cyclic economy industry garden. RMB21.4 billion yuan of sales income per year will be realized and RMB3.29 yuan of tax will be turned in.
